2. Training & Participation
Students must follow the instructions given by coaches at all times. Regular attendance is important for proper progress. The academy reserves the right to group students based on skill level and age.
3. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid on time as per the academy schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable. Missed classes will not be compensated unless decided by the academy.
4. Safety & Responsibility
Students must wear appropriate sportswear and safety gear. Rajan Sports Academy is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or failure to follow instructions. Parents must inform the academy about any medical conditions before joining.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and respect coaches and fellow students. Misconduct may lead to suspension or removal without refund.
6. Media & Promotions
Photos/videos may be taken during training sessions. These may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media).
7. Schedule Changes
Training timings may change due to weather or events. Students will be informed in advance whenever possible.
8. Termination
The academy reserves the right to terminate membership if rules are violated.
